Dear Parents,
It is always great to pass on good news and so I am pleased to share some
library news in this newsletter. In the summer holidays, Mrs Heptonstall and Mrs Cook spent a huge amount of time tidying our library . This
included sorting out non fiction older texts that are no longer used to
ensure that newly donated fiction books from Hachette Publishing can be displayed. Many thanks to them both for their hard work, I am sure it will help foster a love of reading.
Further good news is that we have donated the old non fiction texts to a charity and they have been sent to support a school in Zambia. I am so pleased these books will still be useful and that St Peter’s have been able to support other children’s learning.
