Dear All,
Many thanks to everyone who attended our second Open Morning Session, which was focused on Financial maths. The children really enjoyedsharing their learning challenges with family and the session supported the development of maths across the school. Next year we hope to invite
parents into some afternoon learning sessions to fit in with different working times and patterns.
I also would like to share some great news from our first two weeks of the Spring term. Visitors to St Peters continue to comment on the exemplary behaviour and manners of our children, most recently a visitor who lead a KS2 parliament assembly. In addition the school has been awarded the
National “ Routes to Resilience Award.” This recognises the hard work that has gone on in school to help children develop their character and behaviours such as respect, friendship and resilience. Many thanks to Mrs Adams who successfully lead on this valuable project. Watch this space we hope other school initiatives will be recognised very soon!!
