Dear Parents,
At St Peter’s, despite the challenges of this term, I wanted to let you know some of the good work that has been going on. All staff have been focusing on supporting pupil well being and helping children to develop positive attitudes to learning. We do not accept that our children cannot do things; instead, we prefer to think that they cannot do them YET (and that they will be able to do them in time). We are actively aiming to inspire a love of learning and encourage the positive mind-sets and characteristics that we associate with people that are successful in life resilience, curiosity, concentration, perseverance and cooperation. Essentially then our pupils will be well equipped to be successful learners and successful in life. I assure you that your children’s well being, learning and progress will continue to be our most important priority as we progress through to the Summer Term.
I wish you all an enjoyable and happy Easter break with your families and look forward to seeing you back in school on Monday 25th April.
Mrs Banks.
Head Teacher
